Frequently asked questions

What usually gets people stuck

Almost every Gest.Life question falls into one of these six cases. The answer comes in a single sentence, with the exact path on screen.

The patient doesn't show up in the list. What now?

The Pacientes list comes filtered by the tabs at the top (Solicitações, Agendadas, Concluídas, Finalizadas). Click 'Todas' (all) and search the name again. If she still doesn't appear, the record was never saved — create it again with the + Paciente button.

I can't edit the GPA, the type of pregnancy or the risk.

Those fields are locked to prevent accidental changes. Click 'Permitir Edição' (allow editing) just below the field and it opens for typing.

The gestational age differs from the one I calculated.

The system calculates from the DUM (last menstrual period). If the ultrasound points to another date, fill in the DPP pelo USG (due date by ultrasound): the calculation switches to the ultrasound.

I closed the tab — did I lose the appointment?

Appointments in progress stay open in tabs inside the system. As long as the tab exists, the content is there. When you click Finalizar, everything goes permanently into the patient's history.

Do I have to enter old appointments one by one?

No. Use 'Consulta Retroativa' for a single past visit and 'Upload Automático' to import several at once as PDF or CSV.

Which fields are really required when registering a patient?

Only the full name. Everything else (CPF, address, emergency contact) can be completed later, without holding up the appointment.
